I am an Associate Professor in Human-Computer Interaction at the University of Oslo, focusing on the human-centred design, development, and evaluation of technologies that foster positive societal impact and increase well-being. You will find information about my research interests, publications, and other academic activities here.
In my research and teaching, I advocate for a human-centred approach to digital technology, prioritising individual needs while addressing broader societal contexts. My primary aim is to create meaningful and sustainable contributions to technological advancements and well-being, enhancing everyday experiences and professional practices.
In my everyday work practice, as well as in my research and teaching, it is highly important to me to empower vulnerable groups and challenge stereotypes. By focusing on a people-centric approach to digital technology, I strive to create inclusive and accessible solutions that address the diverse needs of individuals. Collaborating with academic, industry, and community partners, I am committed to driving positive change and fostering diversity and inclusion in the digital domain.
I welcome collaborations with researchers, practitioners, and students who share a commitment to creating human-centred, user-friendly, and accessible solutions that contribute to positive societal impact.
